Custom made orthotics
A factory insole with nothing changed is really a guess. Ours are shaped around you.
Whether that means a fully custom device, a modified prefab, or an adjustment to the insoles already in your shoes — the support sits where you actually need it, not where a template decided it should.
The options
Not everyone needs full custom orthotics. At your assessment we’ll talk through which level suits your problem and your footwear — and confirm what it involves — before anything goes ahead.
Full custom
Built from a foam‑box impression of your foot, prescribed by an experienced practitioner for your specific pattern of movement and pain.
Semi‑custom
A quality prefab base, modified to optimise how pressure moves through your foot — a middle‑ground step when off‑the‑shelf isn’t enough.
Insole modification
Adjustments to the insoles already in your shoes — often the better fit for some footwear or budgets.
What to expect
- A biomechanical assessment first — because the right device depends on what’s driving your pain
- A foam‑box impression of your foot, used to prescribe a device suited to how you move
- Every device shaped and finished on‑site — ground, heat‑moulded and adjusted with our own equipment, in the same visit rather than sent away for weeks
- Adjustments to comfort and fit made there and then
- A fitting when your device is ready, and a 3‑week follow‑up to check it's working for you
Funding: Private Health, NDIS, SIRA, Medicare CDM/EPC and DVA are all accommodated. As a Bupa Members First and HCF More for Feet provider, eligible members may see a higher rebate — processed on the spot, so it’s less to pay upfront. Costs are discussed and confirmed at your assessment.
