When foot pain gets in the way
Sore feet don't just affect your feet — they affect the school run, the weekend walk you keep putting off, the barbecue spent quietly shifting your weight from one foot to the other. Foot discomfort has a way of quietly shrinking your world, one skipped walk at a time.
You don't have to accept that as normal. There's usually a clearer explanation for what's happening — and a plan to address it. And if you've been feeling self‑conscious about your feet, please don't; we see this every day.

Simple, and on your terms
No referral hoops, no confusing intake — just three steps, start to finish.
Reach out
Book online or call — a real person gets back to you, not a call centre. You don't need a GP referral to see us.
Get seen, gently
A careful, unhurried look at what's going on, explained in plain English — never rushed, never judged.
Leave with a plan
Clear next steps that fit your life, and an honest conversation about what to expect. Any treatment is discussed and agreed with you first.
Where does it hurt?
Tell us what's bothering you and we'll take you to the right place. Not sure which one fits? That's exactly what an assessment is for.
It's worth booking in if a pain has lasted more than a week or two, keeps coming back, or is starting to change how you walk — none of these need to reach "unbearable" first.
That first‑step‑out‑of‑bed heel pain, or aching along the arch.
Fallen (flat) arches, a bunion, or pain across the ball of the foot.
Ingrown, thickened, or discoloured / fungal nails.
Corns, calluses, warts, or itchy, peeling skin.
A rolled ankle, shin pain, or pain at the Achilles.
Worried about how your child walks or their foot shape.
You've got orthotics, but the pain hasn't settled.
Diabetic foot checks, numbness, or circulation concerns.
Not sure which one fits? That's completely normal — working out what's going on is what we do. And if you feel self‑conscious about your feet, please don't; we see this every day. Book a 30‑minute assessment and we'll take it from there.
Book onlineHow we can help

An easy walk from Burwood Station and Burwood Plaza — head down the alleyway and we're tucked into the rear building, Level 1, Suite 102. Street and nearby council parking are close by. The clinic is on Level 1 of the rear building, reachable by lift or stairs. If you have any access needs, let us know when you book and we'll make it easy.
Payment & funding
We're a private clinic, so payment is taken at the time of your visit. Where a Medicare rebate applies, we process it on the spot and return it straight to your card, keeping your out‑of‑pocket gap as small as possible. (Not sure what to bring? See our FAQ.)
Funding we work with: private health with same‑visit HICAPS (Bupa Members First & HCF More for Feet), Medicare care plans (CDM/EPC), DVA, NDIS (Plan & Self Managed), Workers' Compensation / SIRA, and Support at Home & external Aged Care schemes. If a scheme funds your care, bring your Case Manager's details so we can coordinate directly.
